FORTE Policies

1. Limited Warranty

FORTE is committed to offering high-quality products. Therefore, we offer a limited warranty of 8 calendar days from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects on all our footwear models. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. We only accept exchanges for size or
manufacturing defects within 8 calendar days after the product is received.


2. Warranty Conditions

To request an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, and in its original packaging. The product must not show any wear or alterations, must include all original documentation (tags, box, manuals-everything in perfect condition), and must not have been handled or used in any way that could result in damage or wear from normal use.
- The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly through thefortestore.com. Warranty claims for products purchased via resale or unauthorized distributors will not be accepted.
- This warranty only covers size exchanges and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. FORTE will cover the shipping of the new size only if it is available. If not, a store credit will be issued.
- The product must be shipped to our facilities in its original packaging or in a condition that allows proper inspection.

 

3. Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days (depending on the shipping carriers). We use FedEx and DHL.

Free shipping on orders over $150 USD. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.


4. Claim Process
If you believe your footwear has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:


1. Initial Contact: Send an email to our customer service team at hi@thefortestore.com explaining
the issue, along with your order number, detailed photos of the defect, and any other relevant information.


2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and, if necessary, will ask for additional information or request the return of the defective product.

We make every effort to accurately display the colors and details of our products, but we do not guarantee exact matches due to variations between screens.
Refund Policy No refunds are issued under any circumstances, except for shipping errors or defective products. In such cases, the customer must notify us within the first 48 hours after delivery, sending photographic evidence to the official customer service email.
